We offer a combined photo/video package with videographer, Josa Comstock! We’ve been working with Josa in the industry for years now, and the 3 of us together are a powerful trio!

Our photo/video package is an all-inclusive package deal with everything wrapped into one! It includes 8 hours of continuous coverage, 2 photographers, 1 videographer, and a complimentary engagement session!

The other perk? You receive a $300 discount between photo and video when you book this package!

Originally priced at $8,775.00 ($300 off). This package is an all-inclusive deal with 8 hours, 2 photographers, 1 videographer, and a complimentary engagement session.

1 videographer
Social media sneak peak within 48 hours of event.
Minute or less sneak peek video within 2 weeks of event.
3-7 minute edited highlight video within 3 months of event. Link will always be findable on my YouTube to share anywhere.
Three RAW clips under 5 minutes of a single event. (Vows, first dance, toasts, etc)
Thumb Drive in keepsake box with sneak peek, highlight video and RAW clip(s) of choice.
Light/color corrections of all footage.

*Only videos under 10 minutes may be sent electronically (Youtube, email, etc.).
*Videos over this time will be transferred via Thumb Drive. Social media sneak peak, minute sneak peak, and 3-7 minute highlight video will all be posted to social media unless requested not to.
VIDEOGRAPHY ADD-ONS,
$100 - Per hour after 8 hours.
$150 - Drone footage.
$50 - For every 5 minutes of RAW video(s). (Examples: first dance, toasts, speeches, etc.)
$300 - Up to 60 minutes of RAW video(s).
$20 - Per extra Thumb Drive.

Photography payment schedule:
- Retainer fee: $1,883.33
- Midpoint payment: $1,833.33
- Final payment: $1,833.34
VIDEOGRAPHY PAYMENT, $2,350
Videography payment schedule:
- Retainer fee: $200
- Remaining due by event date: $2,150
Videography payment options: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, CC over the phone, Cash and check in person ONLY.

How do we book the photo/video package?

To make it easy, we will send you one proposal that will include both the photography contract/details as well as the videography contract/details. At the end of the proposal, you will be prompted to make your first non-refundable payment for photography. Following completion of the proposal, you will also be required to pay Josa for the videography portion of this agreement. Josa accepts payment through Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card over the phone, or Cash/Check in-person (detailed in your proposal).

can we customize our photo/video package?

The only customizations that can be made are adding additional hours (for both photo and video) and any of the videography add-ons listed above! However, this package was designed to be all-inclusive, meaning; we cannot alter the package inclusions (ex: you cannot forfeit the engagement session, book only 1 photographer, or ask for less than 8 hours of continuous coverage).

do you travel?

Yes! Travel fees are location dependent and determined on a case by case basis. If you’re opting for an adventure (firstly, take us with you, please), additional travel fees may include, but are not limited to: mileage, fuel, hotel or accommodations, flights, rental vehicle, transportation, food, baggage fees, parking fees, travel stipend, and other related expenses, if applicable. We will let you know if your desired location requires travel fees! PS - Josa’s travel fees may differ from ours, so please be sure to contact her for more info.

what about holidays?

We’re always up for a dual celebration on a holiday weekend (Friday-Sunday - $500.00). This includes New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day. PS - Josa’s holiday fees may differ from ours, so please be sure to reach out to her for more info.

the engagement session

The engagement session is complimentary when you book the photo/video package and refers to photography only. The engagement session includes a 30 min - 2 hour session (M-Th), 1 photographer, posing direction & guidance, location & outfit guidance, online gallery with high & low res images, print release, sneak peeks within 7 days, 2-4 week turnaround.
